My name is Cagy! An artist who’s currently a college student, (*´∀｀)Besides drawing, I love to play games & read manga lot! Especially slice of life and romance •̀.̫•́✧My works are focused on characters illustration, with an art style inspired by anime / manga!

Terms of service

Thank you for the interest! By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

General info:

  • Artwork will be done in my style, as shown in my portfolio.

  • Please provide reference images of your characters/weapons/background + A short description of the context of the artwork (characters' expression, gestures, interactions, etc.) or you can leave it to my interpretation

  • I will not design a character based off only description.

Payments:

  • Payment must be paid in full upfront.

  • Currency accepted is USD and can be paid through Paypal only.

Revisions:

  • You may only make major revisions during the rough sketch stage, and minor revisions throughout the rest. Any major revisions during the finishing touches stage, will have extra charges.

  • Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

Deadlines and Delivery:

  • Estimated time for artwork will take 1-4 weeks depending on my schedule.

  • I will give heads-up if any delay occurs.

  • Hard deadline is allowed +Additional charge x3 price.

  • Finished product will be sent through your Gmail or Google Drive, of your choice.

Use:

  • You are free to use the artwork for personal use such as profile pictures, headers, personal prints, streaming, etc.

  • Commercial use in any way to gain profit such as producing and selling merchandise, advertising, or exclusive content behind a paywall, comes with an additional fee.

  • You may post the artwork with the watermark as long as I am given credit.

Commercial Use :

  • Commercial use= Streaming, Vtuber Model, used for YouTube & Twitch, Prints, Merch, Ads, and any other thing that will be sold for profit is commercial.

  • e.g : Cover/packaging for product, freebies for product, Banner/ Thumbnail for Youtube/ Twich, Cover for Music Video on Youtube.

Refund :

  • I do not accept Refunds unless necessary.

  • Refunds will only be given if I am unable complete your request within the given timeframe or I have decided to cancel it.

Rights :

  • I reserve the rights over the final artwork, meaning I can use it anywhere, may it be my portfolio or social media sites, unless said otherwise.

  • I have the rights to reject your commission request, for any reasons.

  • You may not use my artwork for AI or NFTs.

  • Do NOT use my art for any blockchain or AI technology.

Communication can be done through Vgen, Twitter, or Instagram.
